PURCHASE CONDITIONS:
Pujolar Hotel Marítim, SL rents the room to the client in accordance with the conditions contained in this document and with the agreed rate.
* Not included in the room price: Tourist tax of €1 per person per night (€1.98 from 1 June 2021).
SCHEDULES:
Check-in: from approximately 3:00 PM.
Check-out: before 12:00 on the day of departure.
DIETARY REGIMENS:
* Drinks not included.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS:
If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 2 days before your arrival date, no charge will be applied. If you cancel or modify your reservation outside of this period, 100% of the first night's stay will be charged. If you do not arrive at the property (no-show), the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FROM JULY 13 TO AUGUST 24:
- Up to 15 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- Between 15 and 7 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no show: the deposit will be lost.

This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.
Any issue that may arise between the hotel and the client in connection with this contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals, to whose jurisdiction both parties expressly submit.
INFORMATION NOTE:
In accordance with Law 11/2021, of July 9, which establishes a limit for cash payments of up to 1,000 euros for residents in Spain and up to 10,000 euros for residents abroad, cash payments equal to or greater than these amounts will not be accepted.
Therefore, if the total amount of your booking exceeds the corresponding limit, payment must be made in full by credit card.
